Of Service
1. Appointment Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, forfeit of deposit or rescheduling, with applicable fees. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your final service cost.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within this period or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Repeated cancellations may result in a full deposit requirement for future bookings.
3. Service Guarantee:
We stand by the quality of our work. If you experience any issues with your lash extensions within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact us for a complimentary touch-up. Beyond this period, any additional services will be considered a new appointment and charged accordingly.
4. Aftercare:
Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining your lash extensions. Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions and are expected to follow them to ensure the longevity of their lashes. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in a shorter lifespan of the extensions, and no refunds will be provided.
5. Health and Safety:
Clients are required to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the service. Eyecandy is not liable for any adverse reactions if this information is not disclosed. We use only high-quality, hypoallergenic products.
6. Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered for lash extensions. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a solution.
7. Age Requirement:
Clients must be at least 16 years old to receive lash extension services. Minors require parental consent.
8. Photography Consent:
By receiving services at Eyecandy, you consent to before-and-after photos being taken and potentially used for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested.
9. Personal Belongings:
Eyecandy is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your appointment.
10. Right to Refuse Service:
Eyecandy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these terms. These conditions are designed to ensure a high-quality, consistent experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to these terms.
